Framing and Backing

Digital and screen printing   

• Direct digital printing on "POP-JET", "POP-HI" and "POP-WHITE"
• Screen printing on friendly substrates of "POP-NATURAL" and "POP-WHITE" for POP advertisements and promotional signs.
• With manual printer,ordinary printing machine and ultraviolet curing system of processor.
• Using UV curing inks, water-based ink, enamels and epoxies compatable with paper liners

Laminating

• Taking Foam Board is all speedy and handy solution of putting up your slogan and update
  - By laminating equipment, roller set or manually
  - With solvent-based adhesive, water-soluble and emulsion type compatible with P.S (acrylic advesive, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and synthetic resin adhesive based on pvc and urethane etc.)
  
• Basics of operation in laminating
  - First of all, think about the format of your art work size by a ratio of 2 by 3 or 1 by 2 for being free of warp problem
  - In case of sticking liner on one side of Board, recommended to attach a complement of the same weight on the other for keeping its balance with the exception of being fixed on the wall or in the frame.
  - To adjust the space between rollers properly to a thickness of Board plus liner, strongly recommended to take 15~20% reduced space from Board thickness
  - Pressing after lamination by gluing is necessary for Board to remain flat in good shape.
  
• For brilliant spot-lighting of design or lettering
  - With colorful strip or stencil-form foreground of desired materials such as p.v.c color sheet
  - Especially with partial lamination for the effect of blank space backed by "Pop-color Board" of black, blue, cream or gray

Painting & Lettering/Coloring

• Ultraviolet coatings in flat or gloss of urethane acrylate for fast-drying, excellent resistance to scratch and abrasion
• With brush, spray and felt-pen
• For "Do-It-Yourself", water-based acrylic resin is workable

Cutting & Die-cutting

• All the designs required are to be cut, punched and shaped with easiness and creativity
• With band saw, rotary blade, water-jet for cutting and platen die-cutter or rotary type for die-cutting
