• Function of Foaming, Laminating, Coating, Drying, Scrapping, Cutting
• Turnkey supply to be completed within six months from contract
• Producing & Maintenance accompanied by manuf.know-how and technical tie-up

Standard spec.

• Line speed : 10m/min.
• Format allowed : L 8000mm(315'), W 1400mm, T 12mm (1/2')
• Sandwiching : Five-ply(three-ply Foam Board and two-ply Paper or Film)
• Paper gluing : Hot-melted paper or in-line gluing
• Paper applied : 120~180g of Hot-melted,120~300g of in- line gluing
• Film applied : 30 micron 
• Electricity : 100KW
